Mental models(black box)

What we were doing with the Mental models is that we were trying to figure out what was in the box.I was working on this with a classmate .We tried weighing a battery and a box to see if it was a battery in the black box then 2 days later mr.gatton opened a box and told us what was inside the box what was inside the box was a magnetx thing .that is a thing they present on tv that you can build stuff this experiment was hot because we took turns guessing what was inside it and we all got it wrong lol

DNA(DeoxyribonucleicAcid)

Today is febuary 2 2005 and in my class what we were doing was that we were taking string making a knot then putting fiori and penne and then again until we reached the goal of 5 fiori or sugars as mr.gatton called them.then we did this again to make the second strand of dna and after we did that we tied a base to evry sugar and then put it together by twisting it and so that was the model we did and then when we finished we twisted it so it looked like the double helix dna which i learned stands for deoxyribonucleic acid

MEAL WORMS

Hi today i will be talking to u about mealworms.In the first place they are gooey but other than that they are pretty good except when they try to escape i brang mine home and it tried to escape. and then when i was a day away to bring it back to school it died after all that hard work look what happened to it plus before it died it shed its skin which was cool until the day it died and it turned black

Egg Osmosis

I am an eighth grade student in a high school regents class and im 13. today i will be talking to you about this experiment i did that i named it Egg osmosis.In this experiment what i did was that i took a jar, put vinegar in it and then put it in an egg. then i left the egg in vinegar for 3 days including the weekend. and when i came back i weighed the egg and compared it to how much it weighed before the weekend.and it had an 3% change and then i put the egg in distilled water and i left it there for the next couple of days.ovr the next couple of days i noticed that the egg shell had dissolved then i took it out and did the same a i did before weigh it and compare it.and it had a 5.1%change. so in total it had a 8.1% change from when i put it in the vinegar then when i took it out
